the iphone, the home inspectors best friend

- In this blog I talk about my new friend the iphone, no home inspector should leave home without one.
As a home inspector in Kamloops , British Columbia it amazes me just how valuable a tool my iphone is.
This is how my day has evolved with the iphone
1)Wake up-- check the news and weather-- I use the weathereye app and the mobile news and news canada app for this
2) After coffee its time to check the email and text messages. My iphone also makes it easy for me to check my voicemail. No longer do I have to listen to each message in sequence. Now I can skip around and check my messages how I want to .
3) When I am out on the road the built in map and gps function work perfectly together to help me zero in on a clients address
4) When I am sitting in the van waiting for a client ( sound familiar ) . I can entertain myself in any number of ways - play a game , watch a tv show , a movie, listen to a podcast maybe some music.
5) Oh yeah I almost forgot , best of all its a great phone. As far as cell phones go this one is the best yet, good reception and crystal clear sound.The iphone also syncs with my address book so no more putting phone numbers on the phone and the computer.
6) The iphone is every home inspectors best friend , I wouln’t leave home and go to work in Kamloops , Merrittt or Salmon Arm without it
